Usage Fees
- Accommodation: ¥165,000 – ¥198,000 (tax included) (Base rate for up to 6 guests. Rates vary depending on day of the week and season. Please refer to the accommodation plan details.)
- Space rental: Fees will be provided individually according to usage requirements.
Additional Fees
Registration as a "Former Higashifushimi-no-miya Hayama Villa La Casa Blanca Hayama Member" is required.
- Individual membership registration fee: ¥3,300 (tax included)
- Corporate membership registration fee: ¥11,000 (tax included)
Payment Method
Prepayment by credit card. Please make the payment online at the time of reservation.
Reservation Timing
Your reservation is confirmed once the confirmation notice is displayed on your screen. For prepayment by credit card, the reservation is confirmed when the payment is completed. After confirmation, you can use the services at the facility.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for accommodation can be made by phone, email, or via the online booking site.
- 30–15 days before check-in: 30% of the accommodation fee
- 14–8 days before check-in: 50% of the accommodation fee
- 7 days before to the day of check-in: 100% of the accommodation fee
- No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Check-out: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM. A facility staff member will be present on site.
Maximum Number of Guests
One group per day, up to 14 guests.
- 2 double beds (up to 4 guests)
- 1 queen-size bed (up to 2 guests)
- Futons (up to 8 guests)
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service, refunds cannot be issued after use. Please confirm all details before booking.
Disclaimer
Regarding cancellations due to disasters or accidents. We may be forced to cancel accommodation due to unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, power outages, or outbreaks of infectious diseases. In such cases, we will notify guests in advance as much as possible, but we cannot compensate for any damages.

Amenities, cleaning fees, and management fees are included in the service fee.
